Printing Policy
Ready Rocket Resources utilises a third-party printing company to print and ship orders of our paperback books. With the third party printing technology, books are printed and manufactured in a one-off model using both automated and manual processes. Each book is manufactured in its entirety, every time an order is placed. Due to slight changes in production from day to day, variations in printing and manufacturing can be a common occurrence. Because of this, each book may or may not be an exact copy of the previously manufactured book. It is the responsibility of the customer to read the Printing Policy prior to purchase and through making a purchase, the customer agrees to the stated Printing Policy. While we have ordered and inspected our books prior to listing them on our website, as ongoing printing is conducted externally with this printing company, we appreciate contact in regards to printing quality from customers. Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for your interest in our Return & Exchange Policy. Please note that discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We believe that supporting a child with their emotional regulation skills is outside of the timeframe of a return or exchange policy. If you find that the pack is not for your child, we invite you to please pass the books on to a family that you think would benefit from this resource. It is the responsibility of the customer to read the Return & Exchange Policy prior to purchase and through making a purchase, the customer agrees to the stated Return & Exchange Policy.
Shipping Policy
We ship The Galaxy Guide to Running My Rocket domestically and to a number of international destinations. Please contact us if would like to ask about specific locations. Typically shipping times vary depending on location but can span up to 1-2 weeks (within Australia) and can span up to 4 weeks internationally, depending on the location. Once an order is placed, we coordinate with the printing service to ship these as soon as possible. Please reach out if you have any questions about this. There may be external factors that impact the delivery time that are outside of our control. We appreciate your consideration with this.
For shipping to Canada, we provide the option of standard economy shipping (not trackable) and Canada ground (trackable). If a customer chooses a non-trackable shipping as a more affordable option, Ready Rocket Resources is not liable for resources that may be lost during the shipping process. We appreciate that there is a price difference and ask that you consider what is best for you.
We do not currently ship to addresses within the EU.
For deliveries in the UK, additional customs and VAT may apply (final price may vary).
